*Avoid taking too much spices in your food.
*Avoid fatty food
*Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
*Mango seeds are also helpful in piles.A mixture of powdered mango seeds and honey to be taken twice daily gives relief from sweeling pain and itching.
*Intake of radish juice with salt twice a day.
